These words are considered filler, and if they are used it can ruin a resume. If you really have to use a filler word, make sure you place it in the next to last sentence or paragraph to be sure that it is noticed.Another common mistake made by many people is that they use double negatives. If you want to say that something is not the case, it is best to type the negative in quotes. Your employer can still use the words 'not the case,' because it is still a word, but it will be clearly noted that the statement is a negation.When writing a resume, it is important to do the proper formatting. This includes filling in all the blanks, or typos, and checking your spellings before you print the document. If you are unsure of your own writing skills, it is wise to seek out someone to help you.Don't procrastinate. When you get stuck on a certain part of your resume, take a break and think about it.
